After providing us with a completed "Plan Details" form and layout, we'll get busy on your design. And after our standard lead time, (lead times vary by size of project) you will receive everything needed to create an informative presentation for your client. We'll provide two free revisions after the initial design to account for changes after your presentation. Once you've closed your sale you should have everything you need to place your order and everything your installation team may need. Including:

This item is typically an add-on to a "Full Kitchen Design" order. We offer two tiers based on realism, assets used and the different software we have to use. Photorealistic renders are the most powerful tool for getting your clients excited and motivated. By creating highly detailed and realistic images of the design, these renders allow your client to see how their kitchen will look and feel before any construction begins. Also, photorealistic renders can be used to communicate your vision to contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders, ensuring that everyone is on the same page and that the final product meets your expectations.
Another popular service we offer is what we call a "Design Enhancement". A cost effective alternative to the "Full Design". In this scenario our client provides us with a completed basic design file, and like the title states, we enhance it. By making targeted changes and adding elements in the design such as textures, lighting, surfaces and fixtures, we can significantly improve your design and produce renders to give your customers that WOW reaction when you present to them. This option is perfect for designers who know the basics of 2020 but either don't have the resources or don't have the time to commit.
